About this villa rental

panoramic villa surrounded by the Regional Park of Mount Subasio in the town of Spello, near Assisi. Guests can immerse themselves in the pristine nature of the park surrounding the villa and to make trekking or mountain biking along the trails. In summer you can cool off with a saltwater swimming pool, in the winter you can warm with a large fireplace in the lounge.
The villa has been totally refurbished and the furniture has been chosen with care and refinement, to make you spend an unforgettable holiday. Around us the Great Beauty of Umbria.

Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! We especially enjoyed the outside area of the property with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub and pool. My 14 year old grandson wanted to move to this house!
