About this villa rental
Farmhouse Caprareccia. Built at the turn of the 20th century, the Caprareccia is a sandstone traditional country house where you can enjoy a breath-taking view over the Umbrian valley. The farmhouse is divided in two spacious separate apartments, the Blue and the Green apartment. It is possible to rent like a unique villa with pool, or like two separate apartments, in this case you have to share the pool with the guests of the other apartment. The all farmhouse can guest up to 14 people.
Nestled among gardens and olive trees, both apartments have their own gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecues where you may catch a glimpse of colorful pheasants roaming through the garden as the sun begins to set. A few steps from the house, there is a swimming pool to enjoy those beautiful summer days.
Green Apartment:
The apartment measuring over 1600 sq. feet, retreat from the gardens through the glass doors into the spacious living room to rest by the cozy fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a table that seats up to eight people for family dinners made in your fully equipped kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible where a double bed and ensuite bathroom ensure a peaceful night's rest. The second floor features two large bedrooms including private baths with a queen bed and single bed to please the whole family.
Blue Apartment:
Upon entering the1600 sq. feet apartment, there is a dining room with a table that comfortably seats up to ten people and a living room with a fireplace. Adjacent to the living room and dining room there is a kitchen fully equipped, with everything a chef could possibly need to prepare a quiet dinner for two or a family dinner for 10 putting to use your new cooking skills from our one-of-a-kind traditional Italian cooking course. Relax indoors after dinner or venture through the glass doors which open to the garden for a peaceful walk in the fresh country air. The sleeping quarters are also located on the first floor which include three large bedrooms and a private bathroom in each. Choose from a selection of double beds or a modern canopy bed to ensure a quite night's sleep.

We stayed at Casolare Caprareccia, a large dual sided farmhouse with beautiful grounds, swimming pool & stunning views. The house was lovely, pristine & very private.Vittoria, the owner was very accommodative & set up a cooking class for our group followed be a lunch at the Manor House & tour of the Olive Mill which processes the bounty from her Olive Groves.
The house is conveniently located to take day trips to the numerous "Hill Towns" of the region including Assisi. There is the small village of Torgiano nearby which provided all our supply needs & our daily Gelato,
The property & views far exceeded our expectations. We had a fabulous stay & would love to go back. What a find!! Thank you Vittoria & Carmella.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il casale Caprareccia, nella tenuta La Montagnola, lo scorso weekend. Era l'occasione per riunire tutta la famiglia e per trascorrere qualche giorno insieme in relax. E' stato tutto meraviglioso! Il casale è bellissimo, entrambi gli appartamenti sono arredati con stile e sono estremamente accoglienti; gli spazi esterni sono semplicemente fantastici! I bambini (6!) hanno vissuto all'aria aperta tra giardino e piscina in totale libertà e sicurezza. Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza nel migliore dei modi. Vittoria è una padrona di casa squisita e premurosa. Decisamente abbiamo eletto la tenuta come il nostro posto del cuore e vi torneremo non appena possibile, magari per più di un weekend.

Hemos estado 9 días en el apartamento azul de la caprareccia y ha sido fantástico, la casa tiene tres habitaciones con baño cada una y está situada en un paraje espectacular, la entrada es de película y la realidad supera la belleza de las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño y el trato ha sido bueno, lo recomiendo sin duda
