Villa Mignola is nestled in the wonderful Umbrian countryside, among the rolling hills, near Perugia and Umbertide.
Surrounded by an enclosed garden with lawn and several plants, the villa features some patios equipped with a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lovely eco-friendly pool (14 x 9 m, depth 1.40 m), open from the beginning of May to the end of October, equipped with a shoreline, parasols, gazebos, sunbeds, and an external shower.
At guests' disposal also a wood-burning oven, barbecue, and a private parking for 4-5 cars.
The owners of the villa live nearby and are always available in case of need.
Internal Description
Villa Mignola consists of 4 separate apartments, each with its own entrance. The entire property is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 14 people, has 5 bedrooms (including 1 loft bedroom) and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. 3 baby cots and 3 high chairs are available upon request. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.
Ground floor: On the ground floor there are 3 apartments.
- 1st apartment: Furnished in a contemporary style, it is set on 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine). On the ground floor there is a cozy living area, furnished with: sofa, dining table for 4 people, tv and a small equipped kitchen. Following is a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with direct access to the private pergola. On the mezzanine floor there is a French bed. Moreover this apartment boasts a comfortable private veranda, equipped with a sofa and chairs.
- 2nd apartment: Directly overlooking the garden, this apartment features an equipped patio. It consists of a living area with exposed beams, equipped kitchen, tv, fireplace, sofa bed, and dining table for 4 people. Then you will find a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, and a bathroom with shower.
- 3rd apartment: Finely furnished, this apartment is made up of a bright living area with equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, tv, and direct access to the patio and garden. Lastly there is a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with canopy bed and direct access to the garden.
First floor: On the upper floor you will find the fourth apartment, which can be reached by climbing an external staircase. It boasts a balcony with exposed stone from which you can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The apartment is composed by a large living area with equipped kitchen, tv, sofa bed, and dining table for 4 people. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); heating during the winter months (250.00€ per stay); extra cleaning (25.00€/hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person); pets are allowed on request (up to a maximum of 1): 150.00€ per animal. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

This place was actually magical! We arrived later at night because our plane was delayed so I didn’t get the full effect until the next morning when I opened my bedroom window and looked out on unbelievable beauty. I felt like I was in that movie Enchanted April! Stefano was great and so accommodating! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We stayed there 5 days with our five adult daughters. It was a dream come true. Will plan to come again.
