This holiday home with adjoining small tower in typical Umbrian style is located near Monte Umbertide, just 37 km from Lake Trasimeno and 45 km from Perugia.
The property is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position and offers a pool, a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, barbecue and stone oven as well as a multi-field (mini football / tennis). From the terrace and the pool below you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. The main house is divided into three independent apartments and is located on a plot of 10,000 m² of wooded land that invites you to take beautiful walks.
