This villa was built around 1850 by a baron of the Perugia aristocracy, relative of the Pope Pio IX. The villa has been recently renovated with absolute care for the original frescos and period furniture. The property is closeby the main road of the village. Florence and Rome 150 km, Todi 30 Km. Spoleto 40 km. Perugia airport 15 km. Villa "Paolotti", built in 1870. In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Bettona, 18 km from the centre of Perugia, in a sunny position, on a main road. La villa è immersa in un bellissimo parco in cui si può godere di ampi spazi all ombra e al sole. Il pergolato è nuovissimo e ottimale per godersi la vista della piscina e di tutto il giardino. La cucina è attrezzatissima, le camere e gli spazi sono molto ampi. L'unica pecca la vicinanza della strada che è piuttosto trafficata e rumorosa. L'accoglienza e l assistenza dei signori M. e E. è impeccabile.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem stilvollen großen Haus. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit großem Pool. Die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, ist innen Morgenstunden schon recht laut. Die Betten waren gut, schöne Bäder, an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter und eine große Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Talo on suuri ja vanha, kolmessa kerroksessa. Aidattu piha ja uima-allas. Liikenteen melu kuuluu jonkin verran. Huoneissa parisängyt, vain yhdessä erilliset ja ne lähinnä lapsille tarkoitettuja. Vastapäätä baari, kauppaan n 1,5 km. Ystävällinen palvelu ja kiva talo, yllätyksenä tuli sähkölasku joka oli aika suuri viikosta. Italiassa sähkö vielä kalliimpaa kuin Suomessa. Hyvällä paikalla Umbriassa, lähellä paljon mielenkiintoisia paikkoja.

Flott hus med fint basseng, seks soverom og fem bad og alle fasiliteter. Vi hadde tre dager vi ikke kunne bruke bassenget på grunn av nedfall etter storm. Huseier krever 1 Euro per KW forbrukt strøm, vi brukte 800 KW på to uker, dette gir en ekstraregning på 8000 kroner.
