Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Deck was our favorite place. It was such a great location. Neighborhood had a few homeless but that's life these days. Only negative was unit could really use new carpet.
