Nice place to stay.

Excellent location with straight access to Dubai Marina promedade. Very clean and spacious room. The hotel has a nice small swimming pool at the rooftop with very nice view.

Location on the marina was great. A few good places to walk around and if you were lucky enough to have a marina view it would be gorgeous.

Pool area very small and sunbeds hard to get. Didnt look the cleanest either. Room size was good, but a bit run down.

Room was located on a Busy Street, above a Bar that played music and had people outside shouting and children crying until 0230 Hours, despite complaining to the Reception nothing was doe to stop this.

Front Office needs massive improvements and the Hotel felt a bit run down as they closed for renovat

The location is good

I recently stayed at Jannah Marina and was disappointed with the service at the front office. When I asked for my food delivery to be brought upstairs, the staff reacted in a way that felt unprofessional to me. At other hotels I’ve stayed in (such as Rove Hotel, for a similar rate, and even some budget hostels), deliveries were brought directly to the room without any issue. The room itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left me feeling unwelcome. I hope management will take this feedback constructively to improve guest service.

I liked the masters room and the location.

The room was not sound proof as what it's stated in your room description. The washing machine is not working properly. There was nothing to watch in the TV since everything is in Arabic. No options for English movies even cartoons. The sauna was not available too.

Strange mix of pros&cons. An option for a short stay if you don't have too high expectations.

There are benefits: hotel's location, nice personnel (most of the staff), spacious room, clean bed sheets, almost all necessary apliances were available, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 25 minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall, etc.

Drawbacks: The hotel is old. There is a lot of spots on the ceiling in the living room. The ceiling in the bathroom looks awful. There was water leakage from the bathroom ceiling. Twice! Asked for an another room. Got it quickly. Cockroaches visited us twice. The drying rack was unavailable in none of the rooms. The one brought to the first room was old and rusty. The personal hygiene items were not present in the first room. The safe box was available, but was not fixed to the wardrobe. One night there were very loud visitors in the cafe outside, what made impossible to sleep well.

The location was good, and the staff was very welcoming. The room by itself consists of everything you might need during a short stay. Kitchen equipped with stove, kitchenware, etc.

The room is old; it needs renovation. Even with the conditioner working all the time, it was super humid in the room; the floor was wet, and all the textile was wet, too. In addition, we killed 4 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. Should I say anything more?!

The hotel is OK. Relatively good value for money. The location is absolutely great in the heart of Dubai Marina with easy walking access to the metro.

Our apartment was very nice, Marina View , great location, you could reach the JBR Beach by the walk in 10 Minutes, stuff very friendly, nice place to stay…

Bathroom, pool area on the top floor, whirlpool and gym need already upgraded…

Great staffs. Great hotel location - Few minutes' walk to Dubai Marina Mall. Supermarket across the street from the hotel entrance. Plenty of eateries all around the hotel so PLENTY of choices. Always taxi waiting in front of the hotel so no problems getting one. Beach is nearby where you have hundreds more food choices and adventures. There are restoration works going in the hotel and you may hears knocking and drilling noises however, I was hardly in the room during the daytimes, so it didn't bother me much. I was told these restoration works will take several months. Decent basement parking lots although I did say not for sports cars with low clearance. Gym is small and basic.

Fabulous view! Perfect location!

A good sized apartment with a fabulous view! There is a huge supermarket just over the road which has everything you need - apart from alcohol.

It has seen better days and needs modernising. The bathroom is very small and the kitchen stove top is very old. But the view is to die for so who cares!

Old hotel with old furniture. Poor. Impossible to get taxi there as road was always blocked. 1.5 to 2km to walk ro rhe beach lits of walking fir everything!!! . Sauna and steam bath were not working VERY DISAPPOINTING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. Long queues at breakfast! Really a bad experience

need to improve the facility in the hotel

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. walking out the hotel. people can walk in the bay and there are many restaurants. And very nice sightseeing. there is one supermarket on the same street for people to buy the food easily. the restaurant is cooperation with one good restaurant in basement.

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. But hotel was getting old after Covid-19. And less maintance, less staff. and less items in the kitchen. even there is no mop, no cleaning liquid for us to use it in the kitchen. Hotel should support more items for customers, becuase customer can't buy sponge and cleaning liquid for each stay.
