Comfortable twin warm room with plenty of space. Nice view of the countryside. Easy free car parking. On site pub with good quality food and beer.

Not very restful
Clean and in a good area
The room we had was the manilow room the ceiling was sloped I banged my head a few times there were no warning signs which there should have been. It was painted all white and was not noticeable. The room was above the kitchen she said we would have noise from the fan till 9 we weren’t bothered we would be eating. The fan went off as she said but was replaced by another buzzing which we could only think was the fridge that went on all night then the fan came back on at 6 am we were not in formed so much for a lie in as breakfast wasn’t till 9 am.

Fantastic experience. Comfy bed in a spacious and well furnished room with friendly & helpful staff.
Fantastic stay. The room was lovely, spacious and well decorated in a lovely part of the old building. The bathroom was spacious and airy too. Comfy bed and nice little touches like fresh milk in the fridge in room. Dinner, breakfast and the beer were also fantastic and the pub was a great setting to hold two customer meetings over dinner & breakfast. Also, the staff were all fantastic- very friendly and helpful. Shall return when next in the area.
I had a small problem during my stay- the radiator was stuck on so I had to use the aircon and open a window for a bit to cool the room down a bit. However, almost a nice problem to have in the winter! And the staff were incredibly helpful and apologetic about the matter. No harm done and nice to know they care and look for improvement where they can! It didn't cause me any problems but I think breakfast was only available from 09:00 which could be a problem for others.
