Spacious, clean, close to train station - walking distance even with cases in tow and good for day trips on the train. Also close to canal and great restaurants. Only 1 flight of stairs to room. Aircon in bedroom and living area. Bedroom aircon a bit noisy, but works well. Bed was comfortable. Overall everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good communication with Apartments Florence using WhatsApp.
No spare bags for bin. Would have been handy as we were there for 5 nights. No milk in the fridge.
