Great location, near Santa Maria Novella Piazaa and train station. Really easy to get to from airport via tram. Quite spacious, there were four of us - possibly a squeeze for more. Cool tiled floors
Air con would be a bonus in the heat of Florence in the summer but fans were provided which helped. The main bedroom looks out onto the street which turned out to be very busy & noisy early mornings with deliveries etc. I can take that for the central location but it might not suit everyone.
