Lovely Italian charm very close to SM Novella train station and all other public transit.
Noise from bar/street at night but totally doable and not reflective of property.

Location is great. Very close to train station, close to major attractions. Apartment is simple, clean, nice, easy to work in, tastefully decorated, a bit traditional in style.
