Everything is within easy reach, with attention to design and detail. A bathroom with shower, kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, and comfortable double bed complete the space. Restaurants, pharmacies, points of interest, and shops are nearby.
The Space:
This apartment is tiny but super practical! It is in a great spot for two people who use public transport and want a cosy place to stay in the city. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette with an induction hob.
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, including hot and cold air conditioning and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
Outside the apartment door, there are surveillance cameras to ensure even greater security.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the apartment from the check-in time. To enter, follow the instructions you will receive by email or text message upon completion of the document registration process.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is compact in size and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. It is located on the 1st floor without a lift (two flights of stairs from the building entrance to the apartment door).
There are external cameras at the apartment door.
There are several nightlife hotspots nearby.
During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office is open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., during which time we guarantee a prompt response to messages, emails and calls.
Outside these hours, you can call the landline number (also chat) for emergencies: your call will be forwarded to the first available operator.
