Amazing location so close to San Gimignano! Surrounded by perfect views of Tuscan hills and even a clock tower on one of them you occasionally rang it's bell. Magical. It looks even better in real life!
It would have been great having an aircon in the heatwave. One fan wasn't quite enough.

Well placed, close to the town, wonderful landscape
Not so , could be cleaner, needed to call the landlady to arrange the check-in at a specific time. A bit too expensive for what you get.
