Fantastische locatie, prachtige tuin.

Everything was amazing! We wish we could have stayed more days, Irina is the most amazing person we have meet, she really cares about the guests and keeping everything perfect in the apartment, We recommend staying here the place is lovely, clean, comfortable, you have all the flat with the most beautiful garden just for yourself, the kitchen has everything you could need, the location is perfect in the entrance of the town so you can experience how locals live and it is close to everything you could need. We didn’t have a car but transportation is so easy with the local buses.This was our best stay in Tuscany, we are hoping to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming studio in San Gimignano. The apartment is perfect for two people, recently renovated, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. It has two separate entrances - one from the street and another opening directly onto the garden, which made it feel very private. Although the garden is shared with the owner, it is spacious enough to provide plenty of privacy. The studio is located just away from the busiest tourist streets, making it exceptionally peaceful and quiet. There is no air conditioning, but this was not an issue at all, even during our stay in July. Thanks to the thick stone walls and the ceiling fan (as well as an additional portable fan), the temperature inside remained pleasantly cool. The absolute highlight of our stay was the magnificent garden. It felt like a little Noah’s Ark of Tuscan plants, with olive trees, apricots, lemon and pomegranate trees, fragrant herbs, vegetables, and countless beautiful flowers. Walking through it was a joy. Irina kindly invited us to taste the cherry tomatoes grown in the garden, and they were, without exaggeration, the most delicious cherry tomatoes we have ever eaten. We were also welcomed with a perfectly chilled bottle of local Vernaccia di San Gimignano wine and cold bottled water, a thoughtful gesture that was especially appreciated after our journey. Communication throughout our stay was flawless. A special thank you to Olga for all the helpful information before our arrival, and to Irina for her genuine hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in San Gimignano.
