About this apartment rental
Nice property comprising 3 apartments situated near San Gimignano, only 300 meters away from the main entrance gate to the lovely historical city center.
All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.
This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.
Distances: the beautiful town of San Gimignano with a variaty of shops only 300 m away, Poggibonsi 12 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa and Lucca circa 85 km. The Chianti area is within 20 - 50 km.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful place! It’s in a perfect location — central enough to explore almost anywhere in Tuscany. The owners are so kind and easy to talk to, and the countryside view from the patio is simply breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 great days/nigths in San Gimignano area thanks to this great vacation rentals owned by Federica and his sweet father Franco. The place is just beautiful and close to the village of San Gimignano while when your there you’re surrounded by all the beauty of Tuscany’s beauty like vineyards and olive trees.

Landlig idyl og autentisk, charmerende bymiljø.
Skøn tidligere vingård med historisk vingesus og skøn udsigt til vinmarker og olivenlunde. Helt isoleret og indhegnet med plads til parkering. Skønt værtspar (som selv byder velkommen og bor på stedet). Lille isoleret lejlighed tæt på dejligt poolområde. Lejligheden er ikke luksus, men der er det der skal være. Stedet fremstår meget velholdt.
En kort gåtur herfra finder man San Gimignano (tårnenes by). Den er indbegrebet af italiensk charme og historie og byder på små hyggelige gader med butikker og masser af spisesteder.
Der er ikke langt til Firenze eller Siena, hvis man vil have mere af samme skuffe.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen
