Such a beautiful property. Our room with a private onsen was spectacular. The food and staff was amazing!
My only issue was the bathroom lighting. It was to dim.

Tonosawa is magic. I dont think I've ever slept or eaten better in my life. The staff are incredibly attentive, the rooms are beautiful, the beds very large and comfortable, and a private Onsen on the balcony. The gym is suprisingly well equipped. The spa and massage top quality and very relaxing. The whole experience was pure luxury from beginning to end. We should have stayed 2 or 3 nights. Highly recommended.

We loved everything! The location was breathtaking. The staff were exceptional. Our room was comfortable and we loved wearing the yukatas to the dining room and around the property. The meals were outstanding, served at a perfect pace and well explained by the table staff. The private pool and sauna were fantastic too. But the main highlight was the onsen tub on the deck (with cold water available to help control the overall temperature) which was always ready and very inviting. This was one of our favourite travel experiences ever.
No suggestions of things to improve. Everything essential was provided. It was a perfect stay.
