Comfortable and quiet room. Comfy bed. Lots of drink choices. Clear instructions . Excellent breakfast. 11am check out time. - no rushing in the morning.
Cold bathroom - underfloot heating tempremental. Large amount of cobwebs around the top of the walls and ceilings. Very clearn apart from that.

No view. Very noisy pipes/heating. Woke us up at 6am. Could hear neighbours using bathroom and walking about upstairs.
