We enjoyed the pool, steam room etc. The bedroom was nice. Dog friendly with door in the room leading directly outside.
Breakfast was okay but the tea was awful and out of an urn - would have been better with tea bags and boiling water.
The sink could have been cleaner and thete was a strong powdery smell in the bathroom.

The staff were lovely, especially the Receptionist Audrey, she couldn't do enough for us.

Very disappointed that our original rooms were not ready and the cold water was warm and the bathroom heater was on all of the time.
