I’m coming back to this accommodation for the second time, and the value for money is truly excellent.
There’s also a shared kitchen where you can easily meet people and make friends 😉 and cook delicious food
The staff is very helpful — they clean your room and are always ready to assist.
I also love the area. It’s quieter and surrounded by local homes, which gives it a lot of charm and authentic beauty.
The rooms are simple but thoughtfully designed.
I had a room with a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the surroundings.

Смотрите, я конкретно говорю про второй этаж, на первом не был, про него не знаю, но на втором этаже у меня был очень хороший номер, плесени не было, номер чистый, мне все очень понравилось. Второй этаж могу смело рекомендовать всем.
Очень тонкие стены, соседей было очень слышно и соседям было слышно меня. То что я слышал соседей, меня не беспокоило. То что соседи слышали меня, печалило их.

Lovely location among temples and the owners are really lovely people. Comfortable room and can scooter to anything you need in Ubud (there’s scooter parking)

location is not the best. room wasn’t cleaned properly. ac wasn’t cooling properly and it was VERY dirty. It gets very noisy after 8am because of the common outside kitchen next to the room.
We were meant to pay when we were checking - out but someone knocked on our door and woke us up at 08:20 asking for the payment, told them we will pay when we leaving. They said ok and left. Didn’t even apologize or anything.
Price is good but we stayed in much better and cheaper homestays in Ubud.
Not recommended.
