Convenient location. It's situated on a busy street however you don't hear much with the double windows. Good size room.
The air conditioner is behind a curtain which makes it quite ineffective as all the air goes into the window. We had to try and balance items on the sill so air would circulate around the room.

Was a bit hot for sleeping even with AC, but wasn't as bad as it'd been with none!
