Great central location, great security. Easy check out and the all the facilities in the room, the bells chiming across the street were created the amazing authentic stay

I really liked our accommodation, excellent location very close to the central train station and tram which takes you to the airport. The host was polite kind and accommodated our needs such as leaving the luggage to the place before our flight and picking them up at the time we wanted to leave the city.
I’d highly recommend it overall.
The breakfast option is limited and can be improved.

The location of the property was top tier. It is in the middle of town and close to everything you could ask for.
The room was very small but comfortable. The chairs we had were broken however and there were no bedside tables. The bathroom was external (down the hallway) which was a hassle and it had a strong odour of sewage, however it was clean and had everything you’d need.

The location was convenient, at walking distance from the train station and the Duomo
The AC didn't work. I opened the window to let fresh air in, but I could smell the fumes from the restaurant below. It was quite difficult to find, even with a GPS. The entrance door is hidden between two restaurants.
