    Something wrong with the air conditioning, when you choose air con mode, it keeps heating up your room to 30 degree, if you open the windows, the restaurants downstairs are noisy till 2am, locate in the center of Florence and distance walk to everywhere, except the air con, everywhere is nice

    We had a room on the further side of the hotel. It was very quiet and with a nice view to the garden. The room was beautiful and new. We wished we could have turned the a/c lower, the remote panel let us do it but didn't seem to have any effect - the room didn't get colder than 25 c. The breakfast was okay, but I expected more for this price. Service was always excellent.
