The location was terrific. It was within walking distance to the train station and also the markets. Hugo was very helpful in giving us some places to visit, eat etc. The rooftop balcony is a bonus even though we were too tired to thoroughly enjoy it. Shower was nice and hot also which is lovely after a long trip. Hugo allowed us to access our accomodation early which was very considerate. The room was very quant.
The only downfall is carrying heavy luggage up so many flights of stairs as there is no lift, Hugo did assist.Because the streets were blocked off with the markets the taxi driver couldn't drop us directly at the front of the premises. We do not speak Italian so had to ask for final directions until we found the address. The front doors are locked so when travelling there for the first time we weren't sure if we had the right place. I was very relieved when Hugo came to allow us early access to the room.

The rooftop was an extra perk. Beautiful. Location was perfect
Can't get a taxi there have to walk down a few blocks to get one.

Great location right in the centre of all the main attractions - hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful guidance on the local area and places to eat. Sun terrace was very pleasant.
there was 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to the property which is an issue with heavy suitcases. Unfortunately, there was a very nasty sewage smell when opening the windows which took away from the overall comfort.
