—No elevator. Had to haul luggage up to second floor

Location! Staff assistance and recommendations were priceless. A Market place and a fantastic bakery on the same street- a true Firenze culinary experience!

We loved having the kitchenette and washing machine, it made things very easy. It doesn’t have a dryer though or a good enough space to dry your clothes so we did have to go to a laundromat to do that but it’s super close. The location was great and super close to the Cathedral and other sites. Also very close to a lot of restaurants.

There are 3 flights of stairs that you have to go up and there’s no one to help you with your luggage. In fairness, the listing did say that there’s no elevator. Unfortunately, i booked very last minute as our other accommodation cancelled on us and i didn’t read the description properly. The toilet was very weird and was super hard to flush. We couldn’t even flush it after every use which wasn’t ideal. The room was quite small so there wasn’t really any space to put our suitcases. We had to make makeshift benches out of the table and chairs to put our suitcases out of the way.
