Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!

The location felt like a safe area as there were bright street lights in the middle of the night. The facilities was fantastic as it looks brand new.

Being a bit jet lagged and unsure of Italian hotels confused us a bit on the check in, but this was totally our fault. We did not see there was a clearly visible sign for reception. Luckily, some nice gentleman who worked there helped us out greatly!
The room was small-ish but lovely. It was the perfect size for us! There was a great view from the porch balcony. The room looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked from the train station, walked to the Duomo, walked to see Michelangelo's David, everything! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!
