Great view on city of Bilbao.
For us location was ok. anyhow the best way to get to the city centre is by funicular, So, be prepared to walk a little bit to and from funicular stations

Could not get the air conditioning to set below 22C.
Bright street lighting all night in back room with inadequate blinds which did not reduce the light much.
The rooms on the other side had excellent view of Bilbao.

Jonathan, who was on reception when we arrived and left, was superb, so helpful. The room was clean, the view was great and there was free street parking outside. Although the hotel is not in the centre of Bilboa there is a funicular railway within walking distance that will take you down into Bilboa and this was very convenient.
As it is only a small hotel the was no lift to get downstairs to the room but the aforementioned Jonathan helped us with our cases.

We chose this hotel mainly because it had free parking and was about 2.5 km from the city center. The check-in was all automatic—no staff at the reception—but they did help us over the phone, which worked fine.
The room, though, wasn’t what we expected. The bed was comfortable, but there was no proper ventilation. After a shower, the room stayed damp for hours. Also, the curtains didn’t block out the outside light at all, and since the parking lot was brightly lit at night, the room felt like daytime even with the lights off.
