Great location near MRT, Maxwell food centre, Chinatown, Tanjor Pagor etc

I stayed in short time only, 1 day trip,, but I definitely love this hotel. My room has view, small type but well-designed, tidy and cozy. Staff also very friendly.

Location is unbeatable. Room was nicely maintained and had a lot of storage space. The common spaces were great, and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, I think great place to be in if you're a solo traveller and/or staying only for a few nights.

Quite a small room and the toilet was tiny, but then again, this is Singapore. Hand wash / soap was missing as was any hand towel. The walls were very thin - you could hear pretty much everything going on outside your room.

There was no breakfast provided or none that I know of.

Room was tiny. I didn’t expect it to be this small. I suffer from claustrophobia and this room triggered that feeling as it was so small. And the receptionist who was on duty on check- in, wasn’t very forthcoming. I had requested an early check in , given we had flown overnight and were very tired. The earliest they do for us was 2 pm. Surely there are guests who leave early? I had checked out at 9:30 for example , I am sure there would be others like me. His attitude was not service oriented. He needs to be trained on how to handle guests.
