Dash Living Rochor

In the very heart of Little India, yet quiet at night. The room is tiny, but compact, contemporary and comfortable. All the mod cons. Shower is fine. Price is the best in Singapore. Great for a few nights.

Bit disconcerting not having any welcoming staff - booking in happens remotely. Didn’t have any problems though. My key card didn’t work one evening, but it was early enough to be attended to. It’s a bit strange (and a bit cheap and quite inconvenient) providing a kettle but no coffee/tea. Add a $ or 2 to your fee and provide the minimum, please. Or at least make up a little package of tea/coffee/sugar/creamer and add it to the dispenser in the lobby (not 3-in-1 🥴)

Good location in Little India, easy to get wherever you want to go. Also quite cheap.

There were quite a few issues - the ceiling was dropping bits of paint onto our bed constantly it covered the sheets and our stuff. The bathroom had a big issue with lots of massive flies. Air con completely stopped working one night and had to get a fan. Power would drop in and out during the night turning all lights off etc. Wifi was bad in our room. Also the staff situation was weird, no manned front desk just someone on a zoom call. It was a struggle to get more than half a roll of toilet paper for 11 nights!! They just refused at first :(
