Price vs performance ratio is great. Excellent value, very kind staff. The hall feels like outdoor sitting, we spend an hour each morning over very good cappuccino. Rooms are clean and very comfortable even for 4 people. Bathroom is well maintained. Beds comfortable and quiet at night. Close to Inkplatz station, 12 mins from St. Stephans. Great for groups and families. Parking is available in the garage 100 meters after the main ramp.
It's not clear where the parking is. Could help. Practically no English TV channel available.

Hotel is clean and well organized and highly maintained
Air-conditioning in room 422 was not working. Reception told me to check that the window is closed, but that was not the case. In fact I had to open the window during the night because we couldn't sleep.
