A traditional room, somewhat tiny but comfortable and ingenious. Balcony with a great wiew. Free secure parking. Good breakfast. And the included Summer Card was absolutely great! I recommend.

Unforgettable holiday

I LIKE THE OWNER & HIS WIFE ,respectful, helpful and generous. The breakfast was 5 stars breakfast, the location is very near the attractions.The value for money was excellent. WE Received Zell am See summer card wich enable us to enter all the attractions for free & all the buses ,local trains and the cable cars in the mountains, and even the boat trip in the lake for free

The excellent location and the valuable Summer Card, which helps you save money on cable cars, ferries, public transport, and many other attractions, make this place a great choice. The breakfasts are very good, and the hosts are friendly and welcoming.

The downsides are that there is no electric kettle, no refrigerator, and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Very helpful hosts and nice mountain views. Breakfast is humble but normal (some days boiled egg or sausage). Just one small kettle for tea and coffee in the room may improve this pension.

A few photos do not show the shower in the room separated just by a curtain.

Nice and cozy place in a very good location. Short walking distance within train and bus stations that take you directly to the ski lifts. The breakfast was simple, but delicious. I highly recommend it.

Rooms & toilets relatively small. But you must have a car to stay at this proprietary because its far from all the amenities. Breakfast was average offering very less items.

A great place to stay.

A very nice, tidy and quiet place, just 15-20 minutes on foot from Zell am See, with attractive pricing (stayed there off peak season). Rooms being cleaned daily. Very tasty home-made breakfast made of fresh ingredients.I highly recommend this place And big thumbs up for family Kottner, who are really wonderful people. Surely will go back there, if around.

I would just improve the Wi-Fi coverage. But wasn't that bad at all. :)

Great location and nice view of mountains

We loved the location of the accommodation. It was very close to Schmittenhohe slope, also to Kaprun. It was easy to get to the different ski resorts by car or by public transportation (train/bus). The view of mountains each morning was beautiful.

Very pleasant and nice stay in a quiet and cosy pension

Pension is very nicely located, just 3 mins from the station of local train which will bring you to the nearest lift. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Kaprun card is great. Breakfast is OK. Shower is very good. The people were very nice. Location is great close to zellermoos bahnhof.

The bed was short. I was not able to stretch myself when sleeping (I'm 1m88). The room was also really noisy and there was no WiFi available in our room.
