Everyday cleaning.

The cleaning staff left our room door open once. Luckily nothing went missing. Oh and we had to share the room with ants..

Pleasant stays

Friendly staff. Of course this is not in the centrum of Zell am See, but I’m cool with flexible train/bus rides. The view is great even when you’re simply closing the front door. The nights were perfectly quiet. Just forget about the time and just enjoy your stay!

ACs are centrally controlled. I did enjoy the nights with room temperatures just right, though. Moths and mosquitoes……etc. flying into the room when the lights are on while it’s either too hot to shut the windows in August or too early to turn off the lights. Can’t blame the hotel. It’s just the natural environment.

Spacious room and outside terrace. Free parking on the side. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You could feel humidity in the room, especially in bedding.

A good night’s stay

The pension was well signposted and there was good private parking next to the property. A short drive from Zell am See. On arrival, there was a note on the door to phone for attendance. The host answered promptly and check in was quick and efficient. The room and en suite were basic but clean and functional, with comfortable bed. The host was very friendly and accommodating, happy to make a coffee. Breakfast was a good buffet selection.

The windows could do with more privacy such as net curtains.

A nice option for a visit to Zellam see

Standard austrian breakfast which was Ok. Easy check in with friendly staff.

Room was quite small. No space to park when I came back from town in the evening.

Jan, the owner was very accommodating, friendly and always available. He even gave me a lift to the train station on my departure. Breakfast was perfect and the dinners were really delicious and really great value for money, highly recommend adding on dinner if you book here. The location was perfect, close to the bus route and train station to get to all the main slopes and lifts in the area. I will go back in future for sure. I went snowboarding on my own and had a great experience at Jan's Pension Milan. really 10 out of 10 for what I paid... thank you.

Great accomodation for czech/slovak people

Friendly staff which speaks many languages (slovak, deutsch,…). We even got complimemtary beer as new visitors! Nice breakfast. Great value for money.
