Perfect spot and value for money

It was unclear whether the parking was covered or not. Although we understood that the parking would be covered in the end we had to pay extra. We would just have appreciated to be told the price upon arrival.

Sion is a lovely place to visit, but very hot during our stay so room difficult to cool at night,

No air conditioning, room very small especially bathroom with basin in the bedroom area.

Mid hotel, no cap

Location was very convenient and near the old town. Service was lovely at the reception. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Elevator small but helped with luggage.

Bathroom only had the sliding door with no lock (or privacy). We had two rooms booked of the same size, the other one was bigger and cozy, whilst the other one was almost unbearably hot with no proper air conditioning.

Overnight stay in Sion

Nice hotel in city centre Sion and close to the train station. I had booked a single room, the room was small but fine for a short stay. The breakfast is alright with a few cooked choices besides bread, cereals etc.

Overall everything we experienced was to a very high standard.

Staff very friendly, bed very comfortable, very clean, close to all amenities and a beautiful old town and chateau.

The perfect location if you are cycling.

This is a great hotel in the most perfect of locations. A short walk to the old city, and if you have the energy, up to the old church and castle. The room was very clean, the staff were super helpful and provided secure storage for our two bicycles. Breakfast was fab, and we finally got to enjoy some old fashion bacon at last.

This is a very unseasonally warm period in Switzerland. The staff did their best and provided us with a fan and a portable evaporative cooler. Along with the windows open, we survived, and we truly thank the hotel staff for doing everything they could to make our steady comfortable.

Single room, very well designed to contain main facilities. The location is excellent.

The room size was too compact for my liking particularly as the weather was very warm and while the hotel provided a fan, air conditioning would be more appropriate.

Good location

Easy 5min walk with luggage from the train station and central to shopping. There is no luggage storage, but reception kept our bags behind the desk so we could explore town before check-in was open. We were travelling with a round head two prong travel adapter but required the narrow head for the room- reception has a draw of travel adapters that they can loan out to guests. We really appreciated this.

The pillows were awful. We had to fold them in half, and even then, they didn't hold shape (this seems to be common in most swiss accommodation). The shower had both a rain head and a separate head mounted to the wall. The rain head took forever to actually wet my hair, and the mounted head only sprayed a direct horizontal stream unless hand held. We stayed in mid June, the room was HOT. There is no air-conditioning. The hotel provided a fan that didn't work and a small stand-alone unit that you fill with water and blows cool air. The operation of this unit heated the room more than it cooled it. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door wide open, which didn't feel very safe as it was also the fire escape and had access from the rooms above and below.

Great location & genuinely highly recommended.

Clean, nice room with lovely balcony. Friendly, helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. the location is perfect, 5 minutes from the train station, 1 minute from bus stop but right in the centre of town but still quiet. great buffet breakfast & delicious fondue. Highly recommended.
