Efficient and practical—nothing extraordinary, but convenient for a short stay in Sion.

Modern and newly built, this hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with the added convenience of a small kitchenette. Its location near the train station is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away.

No option for early breakfast on weekends, which can be inconvenient for early departures. The lighting system in the room is also quite unintuitive and frustrating to use.

Perfect stay in historical town surrounded by mountains

Brand new hotel, in newly developed area close to the train station in Sion. Walking distance to the center of town and historical sites. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice facilities. We got a 'mountain view' room which had a superb view of the 1000y old basilica through the wall-to-ceiling windows: Well worth the extra 20 CHF! We parked our car in the giant parking garage right under the hotel, which was not expensive. Highly Recommended!

Great!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are great as well. The mattress was amazing. The reception and all personnel were great and helpful. The location is central near the train station. The parking is not included but underneath there is sbb parking which cost me daily around 12 chf. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved everything about the hotel. Thank you!

Price meets the quality!

Nice location, clean room, good bed and variety in pillows. Possibility to use gym and laundry room was nice. Helpful and friendly staff in reception!

The rooftop terrace was not cleaned throughout our visit. The A/C was not cool enough and you could not alter the temperature. Some of the staff did not smile at the breakfast service. Breakfast needs some more improvements, e. g. rotten tomatoes, dirt in the lettuce, milk-based coffees were not hot enough and no cups for the eggs.

Misleading Listing and Uncomfortable Experience — Not a Real Hotel

We arrived late in the evening after traveling from Geneva, only to discover there was no visible sign or clear entrance to the "hotel." We knocked on a neighbor’s door in the same building to ask for help, and they were so confused and upset they even threatened to call the police. Eventually, we found an entrance behind the building. A man opened a window from upstairs and invited us up, which felt more like we were crashing someone’s house party than checking into a hotel. The place appeared to be a private apartment where rooms were being rented out informally. Inside, the strong smell of cooking filled the air, and people in pajamas were walking through the hallway. It felt extremely uncomfortable, not at all like a professional or secure accommodation. We couldn’t stay — we left and booked another hotel at 1 AM, paying an extra €300 out of pocket. The listing on Booking.com was completely misleading. It showed a modern, clean building with a proper hotel setup — nothing close to the reality we encountered. I contacted the host requesting a refund but received no response. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope Booking.com reviews this listing seriously to avoid misleading other guests.

It is in walking distance to the railway and bus station. Body lotion and conditioner were also available. If you forget some items like comb or other toiletries it is available upon request.

Housekeeping: Nach dem Check-In ca. 15 Uhr war das Zimmer ohne Ankündigung nicht gemacht. Am Sonntag war das Zimmer trotz Täfelchen "frei für Housekeeping" nicht gemacht um ca. 16 Uhr. Frühstücksbuffet: viele Tische nicht sauber. Die Reinigung wird nicht sofort gemacht. Am So war Rührei kalt. Am Mo waren Marmelade, Nutella Müsli lange leer. Erst nach meiner Reklamation wurden diese nach ca. 10 Minuten nachgefüllt

Petit déjeuner assez équilibré et très bon, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Chambre propre, équipée, spacieuse et lit très confortable. Hôtel accessible et très proche de la gare (5-6min à pied) ! J’ai eu la chance d’être placée dans une chambre avec vue sur la montagne (à la demande s’il y avait possibilité) et c’est magnifique!!

On entendait la musique de la chambre d’à côté… et il n’y a pas d’accès à netflix.

Un inizio in crescendo ed un ottimo finale

Per come era cominciata ero pronto a dare una valutazione pessima ma invece alla fine si è risolto tutto. Avevo prenotato questo albergo perché, essendo un viaggio business, avevo bisogno della cassaforte in camera per proteggere il portatile, tablet, documenti, etc. Arrivato in stanza non vedo la cassaforte, nonostante fosse elencata nei servizi. Scrivo all'assistenza (perché non c'era telefono in camera) e, alla fine, hanno ammesso il problema relativo alla pagina di Booking e mi hanno cambiato la stanza con un upgrade gratuito. Staff gentilissimo, camera grande e pulita. Colazione variegata e in generale buona. Posizione eccellente soprattutto essendo venuto in macchina con parcheggio (a pagamento) esattamente sotto l'albergo. 5 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Struttura nuova e ben tenuta.

Colazione: i croissant e il pain au chocolat sembravano chiaramente di laboratorio. Poco cotti, dall'odore probabilmente con olio di colza. Le uova strapazzate non avevano una bella faccia e non le ho prese. Non avere telefono in camera ma dover andare fino all'ascensore al piano per chiamare la reception mi sembra uno svantaggio. Alla fine la cassaforte della suite era comunque troppo piccola per il MacBook Pro da 16". Quello da 14 ci può stare.

La temperature de la chambre était beaucoup trop élévée et impossible de la faire baisser avec le thermostat de la chambre. Aucune surface plane dans la salle de bain pour y déposer sa trousse de toilette. Le petit déjeûner était une insulte aux clients: que des produits bon marchés et de mauvaise qualité, gras ou très sucrés ! Par example: jambon de plein de gras et de nerfs, fromages industriels jaunâtres ultratransformés, fruits en boîte (c'est la première fois que je vois ça dans un hotel !!), céréales et mueslis sucrées et ultratransformées, confitures bon marché ou il n'y a que du sucre. Une honte.

Δεν έχουν πάρκιγκ, προτείνουν όμως κάποιο στο υπόγειο του κτηρίου επί πληρωμή, μέτριο πρωινό. Επίσης πληρώσαμε επιπλέον χρήματα για φόρους ενώ στη booking έλεγε ότι περιλαμβάνονται

Das Hotel ist minergiestandart, man kann kein Fenster öffnen. In der Dusche hat es 3 verschiedene feine Produkte, ohne Brille weiss ich nicht welches benutzen.
