Private Outside Parking not included. Expensive Breakfast, so the Hotel for what it is. Nice bar though.

There was a lot of bugs in our room, they didn't bite us though but we were afraid it’ll go inside our ears.

Hotel was of budget standard but price was high. Breakfast buffet had 5-6 items only. Coffee machine dispensed lukewarm coffee.

The food at the onsite restaurant was actually very good. The room was dirty and smelled funny. Check in was slow. At check out they allowed us to store our bags because we didn’t know if we would make it back intime for the 12 o’clock check out so that was nice.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm. The receptionist was friendly, but it did not occur to him that he might offer me the simple soft drink that I ordered (as a compensation for having to wait), and instead charged me for it too. The room, and the hotel in general, were a bit tired looking and not super clean. On the bright side, the breakfast was good, and there's a free EV charger (although only one, and it's limited to 3.5 kW).

Air conditioning hasn’t been working on 3 nights out of 4 with daily temperatures reaching 27degrees Celsius, and very noisy road nearby so not ideal to keep windows open. There was an overheat message on the device. First night was just fine, second night we were told at reception to turn it off then on again after 15’ (it was off when we arrived) obviously didn’t change a thing. Third night, reception lady said it was forbidden by city of Sion to turn on before end may (which isn’t true, she just didn’t want to help, and mentioned she didn’t mind us doing a bad review for the property, we were « welcome to do so » 4th night the reception lady said she would send someone from the technical service, never did. Awful service overall, property really getting old, and cleanliness also to be improved. We won’t come back.

Helpful and friendly check-in. Lovely, quirky and modern decor. Very comfy bed and medium-soft pillows. Delicious food in the restaurant and the chef kindly adapted a dish to my food allergies. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I can de with a dated hotel, and I don’t need much. My main issues here are ones that could be easily solved: 1) construction on the building was happening adjacent to our room and was unbelievably loud. 2) they could easily make the room a little more livable if they invested the 20 bucks to add a hot water pot and some cups. Instead, you have to walk to the service desk, ask for hot water and then carry a cup of hot water back up the stairs. The location is okay, not within walking distance of the main town area, but near a pretty cool brewery. The hotel itself is pretty dated and 80s looking, exceedingly average in terms of comfort. The stairwell, however, smells bad. Not a horrible place, but far from perfect. Especially because some of the problems could be fixed with a little attention.

The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from station. Facilities, staff and good were all very good. Sion is a lovely location although it can get seriously hot! Would recommend this hotel.

Its an hotel to pass very few days because there is little place to put your things in. I recommend to get a room that does not face the street so it wont be noisy.i di not have breakfast so i can not say anything about the food.The night we came in , some thief came in and robbed the reception. The bathroom is well illuminated, Need to put a small mirror for the ladies to put their make up and need to have tissue paper. the rest is ok .

The Ibis Sion Est proved to be a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It is conveniently placed within easy reach of the motorway and although it took a good 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Sion this was not a problem. Good value for money.
