Perfect for our needs travelling with 2 young kids who need a pool and a good breakfast! Very easy to get an Uber to and from the city centre. Very friendly breakfast staff.
Slipped over getting into the bath for a shower and bashed my knee (not a normal occurrence for me!). Had a very nice bruise as a souvenir! I guess the floor was a bit slippy...but it wasn't wet.

The hotel was very clean, family room was spacious and staff were friendly and attentive. Great breakfast options and really well located to the centre of York, which was about 10 minutes in the car. Close to two pubs and a large Tesco Extra for anything else needed.

Sound insulation between rooms was very poor. We were kept awake by our ‘neighbours’
