Staff very good especially for dinner on Saturday
We ordered and checked a week prior for a cot in one of the three rooms we booked. We were assured a cot would be provided, however when we checked in we were told there was no cot available! The staff gave us no alternative other than to use the pull out bed with cushions. Very poor and stressful for my son and his wife with their young child.

The staff were nice and friendly. The food was great.
It was not really value for money. First, we actually requested for a higher floor room but was not addressed. The sofa on the room smells off. Also, there was a small dead bug at the corner of the room. In addition, the shower head was not screwed properly that it spills. We also requested for a light clean and it was cleaned around 6pm when we were back at the hotel. Small areas of mould in the shower and also the bathtub has marks in it. There was supposedly a coffee machine but non-existent. Otherwise, okay? If you’re gonna ask me if I will book again - probably. no. It was 400£ plus and not really our type of hotel for that amount.
