Ok adequate

It’s ok but hardly 4 star . I don’t like young staff with their mobile phones on their back pocket of their jeans using their mobile phones when they should be working . You need more staff at breakfast and dinner . The lockers are broken in gents changing rooms . All the shower gel stolen or empty . Dirty floors . Found cold . Too slow service . Not enough improvements since last visit .

very happy, would stay again

Everything was great, and the bed was so comfy. The staff are lovely and smiley. The reception could have let us know on arrival about having to request robes for the pool, but the lady was great and professional.

The breakfast, ran out of plates, seemed short-staffed, and had to pick eggs up without a fish slice to serve. But all tasted great, even if the mushrooms looked gross.

Modern hotel. Clean and tidy. Plenty of car parking spaces although £5 a night.

Room was a little on the noisy side as ours was adjacent to a busy road and with good weather lots of motorbikes accelerating hard from the roundabout and LOUDLY.

Overall we had a nice 2day stay

The hotel was easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces. The staff were all very helpful polite and friendly. The breakfast was good and well cooked.

We would have preferred fresh tea and coffee served at breakfast, the help yourself machines are not as good.

We would come back here!

Lovely hotel with relaxed atmosphere. Quiet at night. Super comfortable beds. We asked for a quiet room and it looked out over the inner garden, hence no traffic noise. Breakfast ample and good. We had a small issue with a double payment, which was handled very correctly and kindly by the front desk manager.

One of the front desk receptionists, who got quite stroppy about the double payment issue I discussed with him.

The staff are very friendly. Really helpful we needed to order a taxi the man at reception took our details and ordered it for us. Hotel is lovely and clean this is very important to me.

Breakfast was a real disappointment. No one was managing the hot food section. We had no egg. Asked a member of staff he was very friendly and went to ask for us. No bacon no sausages. It took a while for these to come out. This is something that needs to be checked regularly. When it did come out it was very tasty.

Hotel was lovely, clean and lots of coffee facilities. Room was clean and warm and bathroom was fantastic. We used the spa facilities which were enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection.

Newly refurbished hotel with excellent staff and hospitality.

Newly refurbished with nice decor and comfy beds. Kids packs and snacks were a nice touch in the room.

Charging parking for hotel guests seems a little unreasonable co dispersing the room rate. It’s only £5 per day but I think it should be free. Minor point though over what was a lovely.

The breakfast was fine; I was disappointed that there was no marmalade on offer

I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t step in and out of the bath, being mobility challenged and elderly. It would be good to have a walk in shower as an option in some rooms
