Breakfast chef should be highly commended. Though it’s the same offering as other IHG hotels, the freshly-cooked food tasted better and it was clear that he took pride and care in his work. Great eggs and hash browns.
Also, decent bedroom air con that was very welcome in the hot weather.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, all staff we met were also very friendly and professional.
Spa facilities were brilliant and again very clean.
Food also very good, we had breakfast included and had dinner one evening and both were very good.
The only negatives are the location but the quality of the hotel makes up for this.
The sauna could be hotter.

As soon as we walked in, the hotel receptionist was so welcoming, David, and he made check-in so quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean too and we made good use of the pool, steam and sauna too.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming as lots of the choices looked a little sparse but what they had was nice! Lack of glasses, food not being restocked and no coffee was a real killer

It’s ok but hardly 4 star . I don’t like young staff with their mobile phones on their back pocket of their jeans using their mobile phones when they should be working . You need more staff at breakfast and dinner . The lockers are broken in gents changing rooms . All the shower gel stolen or empty . Dirty floors . Found cold . Too slow service . Not enough improvements since last visit .
