Due to the staffs attitude I would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable with 2 chairs provided. The coffee etc provided in the room was excellent. The staff were helpful. We ate in the restaurant but ordered bar food which was very reasonable and tasty

A nice place to stay in Fareham

The hotel were very welcoming for our family, and let us leave our car in the car park having checked out to go to a show at the theatre. Accommodating to requests for buggy parking, and a cot, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was quite hot, but nothing terrible.

Like a nursing home very old fashioned and tatty, needs a total revamp

Really old needs total makeover. The supposedly refurbished rooms must’ve been done many years ago, lots mould in bathroom, stains on carpet throughout the whole place the hallways were particularly bad. Dodgy staircase with lumps in the stairs. Noisy pipework couldn’t sleep. Needs total modernisation.

Perfect for what we wanted

Came for a gig at Fareham Live. Location perfect, room comfortable and clean, breakfast lovely and was great value for money. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend it and would go back there.

Efficient, quiet and functional hotel in good location.

Good location. Very functional and efficient hotel. The room was medium sized, the bathroom clean and well stocked with supplies. The breakfast was just satisfactory (Kenko style coffee) but the young waitress was delightful.

Better attention to the cooked breakfast would be a nice touch. Grilled tomatoes were raw, beans were mushy, sausages bland and cooked sometime in the past.)

The way the bed is made means that the cover starts half way down the bed which is not ideal for sleeping.
