Vary quiet. Dog friendly. Close to Cheddar Gorge. Lovely lodges.
Owing to the heat wave the sun shining on the front of the lodge with the full glass frontage was very hot which made it uncomfortable. There was a fan but no aircon which would have been good. We unfortunately had to leave early due to the heat.

Friendly Attentive staff, very clean. All furnished to top standard. Fully equipped kitchen with extras.
Nothing to complain about as very happy with our lodge. Due to weather changes maybe an Awning over the hot tub but we enjoyed it regardless.

Beautiful location it was lovely to look out at the sheep and chickens every morning. The shared swimming pool was brilliant and so was the hot tub. The lodge had everything we needed, comfortable beds, modern and very clean. Very close drive to local attractions such as wookeyhole, the village of cheddar, farm shops and pubs and to Bath and the strawberry line. Lots of local walks right on your doorstep. We also loved how much effort has been put into making sure every lodge has privacy.
Literally the only thing was there was a lot of flys around the hot tub which was a bit unhygienic/distracting whilst bathing. But I really don't think anything could have been done about this by the owners I think it's just part of being on a farm. And it certainly didn't spoil our fun or put us off coming back. It was also especially hot the week we came which is going to attract more bugs.

great location. Log cabin had exceptional views. The log burner was fantastic.
