Very close to the town centre and the local attractions.
The lack of parking. Saying on street parking is available is misleading. There was not a single space on the road at any time for the 3 days we were there.
There is a small car park right next to the property with 4 or 6 spaces and it was blocked off all the time by a single car or chain.

The location was fantastic, really handy particularly for amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
Parking was a bit tricky but theres a cheap car lark which is free overnight so we paid £4.30 9 hours at Norbin Road carpark which is a few minutes walk

Have stayed here a few times now for work and it's always very easy, clean and comfortable and perfectly located.
There is usually a folder of info for the property but it wasn't there - the flat was very cold and the heating felt like it had been off for a long while and so the boiler needed to be turned on. Because I was familiar with the flat I knew how to do this but someone staying for the first time may have struggled to work out how to get the place warm. Also the main double bed has been broken - the support posts underneath have been snapped and the slats that hold the mattress weren't in place so as soon as I sat on the bed it collapsed. I managed to fix it but it did feel like no one had been in the property for some time (the Xmas tree in the front room was a bit of a clue too).
