The room was beautiful and well equipped. The concierge team were great too, especially Keith who helped us a lot!

the breakfast was amazing, staff were very helpful

the pillows were not to our liking and the mattress was very hard, also when we arrived we were advised that we had been upgraded to a deluxe suit but when we went to the room is contained 2 singles beds, we phoned reception and asked for 1 bed as we were traveling as a couple, the staff quickly found us another room but unfortunately it was not as suitable r nice as the one they upgraded us to and there was no other rooms available. we still did enjoy our stay and would book again.
