AC sometimes not getting cold unless you click the icon that looks like a muscle in the remote. but overall I love the hotel. Thank you.

The room was good, more spacious than we expected even. The shower and mattresses were comfortable, the room was modern.
We did not like the communal kitchen, however. There is not enough ventilation in there and it always smelled like cooking oil.
Housekeeping is also confusing. During check in, we were told that the room would be cleaned after 3 nights. The info sheet we received said after 4 days, and it was eventually only done after 5 nights.
Lastly, the washing machines need a good clean. They smelled of mould and a lot of gunk was trapped under the rubber seals.
