Had a wonderful stay at Carlton City Hotel Singapore! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the space did not disappoint, big, spotlessly clean, and beautifully tidy. It made our stay so much more comfortable.
Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a great spread and everything cooked to perfection. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out.
The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from train stations, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. When we wanted to unwind, the pool area was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And in the evenings, the rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink with a view.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfort, and location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Singapore!

Everything was perfect, restaurant was very nice but pricy,it would have been nice if they had halal options.

Room facilities, bathroom and bedding were very good. Staff excellent as well.
Location was a little away from main attractions but close to MRT. Rooftop bar ambiance needs improvement.
