The building's exterior wrapped in lush greenery is absolutely exquisite and creates a beautiful first impression. The open-concept lobby is particularly stunning - its design allows natural breezes to flow through, making the space feel like a relaxing outdoor tropical pavilion. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to major attractions such as Chinatown, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, and Maxwell Food Centre.

The stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. While the location is excellent, the experience did not justify the price we paid. The room itself was old, small, and the bathroom was not cleaned well when we arrived. The bed and pillows were also uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The in-room fridge was not cold enough to keep drinks chilled. When we asked the staff for ice, we were given ice that appeared to have freezer burn and tasted really bad. There were no power plug to use the hair dryer in the bathroom, and could only be used in power plug that was located near the door. The customer service in the lobby was poor and unfriendly. One moment that really illustrate the level of service occurred while we were waiting for the elevator to go up to our room. We had been waiting first, but when the elevator arrived, a staff member approached with three guest who had just checked in. The staff member gestured for them to enter first and scanned their key card for the elevator - Because the elevator is small, we decided to wait for another elevator. Considering the cost of staying at this hotel is not cheap, the experience was disappointing due to the small old room, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service.
