Nice local for a hotel but there is no wellness to speak off.

excellent location. Very friendly staff.

Wellness is way to small for the size of the hotel. Only 6 seats next to the pool and a sauna for only 2 to 3 people is too few. Plastering on the wall that was still very visible fixed did not help either. Breakfeast location was very crowdy & noisy with a suboptimal room distribution causing people to bump into each other a lot.

Lovely stay but don’t overstay your welcome.

The check in process and the welcome drink.

The check out process. They literally bang on your door at 11AM to make sure you’re out of there. Stark contrast with the 5 star check-in process.

Had a wonderful stay

I like the deco and front location with the dunes ,the breakfast also but a bit to crowded and in front of street , not much service room not so clean during the stay beds …no baggage service the bar closed ….no massage

Beautiful place

I asked to change rooms other than the one they had booked for me and they did their best to find a solution for me since I was looking for a quiet room. Very serviceable and friendly staff! The room I ended up getting was amazing!

Really nice hotel, nice staff and perfect location for beach days.

The breakfast was REALLY good. Plenty of choice. The room was very comfortable and you could access the beach through the back entrance of the hotel. It had a big balcony where you could also relax in the sun if you did not want to chill on the beach.

The bathroom did not have a door. The shower had no door at all and the toilet had a door that was open beneath and above. It was not very comfortable pooping in your hotel room with another person also in the room :').

Good for a week-end !

Very cosy room. Hotel well positioned in front of the beach. Room perfect if you are in high floors for the view. Very good bed. House keeping perfect !

The offering in terms of catering is whether a one star michelin, whether a far away restaurant (very good by the way) affiliated to the hotel, but not on same location... and nothing else. The breakfast is way too expensive. So a bit limited in terms of catering for a such level of hotel positioning.

A place by the sea

When I was younger I watched this hotel being built so I wanted to stay here at least once even though it is quite expensive. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable like in every decent hotel. It is a pity you have to pay extra for a seaview but as we only stayed one night I wanted to see the town anyway. Location is great of course and it's nice to have your in own entry/exit onto the beach. The breakfast is something else! I don't think I have ever had a tastier and more diverse one.

For this price you'd expect bigger towels in the bathroom and for the saunas to work well (one didn't work at all!).

It felt as a luxury get away.

The interior of the hotel was sublime. The room was lovely, clean, beautiful sea view and all that was needed. Location was perfect and the breakfast was very well presented and with local products.

-The parking garage was situated underneath the hotel, which was lovely, but the signing could have been done better -None of the restaurants are bar were open. Personally I think a hotel should have at least a space available where you can have/order a drink -If you would like to stay multiple days a little more space in the bathroom to stall your toiletries would be helpful

Nice hotel with excellent facilities but unfortunately with disappointing cool staff

Room with sufficiënt space, nice sea view, comfortabel bed, very quiet, good breakfast, excellent food quality ( diner @ bar 49)., good parking facility

Bathroom ( no storage space), to acces thé breakfast facility you have to go outside or acces via the underground parking..?, reception staff is extremely cool ( warm welcome?). On arrival you receive a voucher for a welcome drink… however a simple beer is not an option…. Better not to offer anything,

Very nice hotel, very nice place. We had a room with a view and that was really great. Breakfast is also very good.

Disappointed in value and general service , a smile cost nothing

Room was clean but more style over substance. Breakfast was good

Car parking is terrible especially fir a larger car, many spaces not utilised but save for restaurant but hardly used. The space to drive your car to potential parking was so small you were lucky not to scrape your car, and after going down 2 levels not guaranteed a spot then charged €12.50 per day for the pleasure of running the gauntlet . Only small cups (espresso size) so no good for tea and milk not available. Toilet and bedroom all open plan

Won’t stay again terrible offer

Pool and sauna

No room service. The staff is poorly trained and borderline rude. Impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants within the hotel as a guest… basically can’t even it in my own f—-king hotel that I was paying $500/night.

Super place, super stay.

The location is fantastic. Most friendly staff, felt totally welcomed from the first moment. The room was very Scandinavian style equipped but had everything needed and best quality. The room was large and large amount of closet space. We had the ocean view room so it was fantastic to sleep with balcony door open and wonderful view of sunset.

Parking was a bit difficult because it was full due to a special event, I assume in normal times it should not be the case. I was happy that at checkout they removed the parking charges.
