Pleasant

The location is in the center of the town, within walking distance from the sea. The room was okay, with a terrace and the breakfast was good.

The personnel was not always ready to help (meanwhile 'talking' to other personnel...), the terrace was not what we expected (for a good view and to relax). The coffee machine at breakfast works slowly so you have to stand in line... not so lovely when you want to enjoy your meal.

Great location.

Some trouble checking in. I got an occupied room twice, but they resolved it after. Strange thing was that I asked for a room where pets were allowed and was told there were none left. But the couple who got my original room had a dog with them.

Perfect location for a nice and healthy weekend at sea.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as you can start walking on the beach and in the dunes immediately. The room was excellent, very modern. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing that bothered us a little was the fact that we had to walk a certain distance to that free parking area (500 m). The parking space in front of the hotel was not allowed. We do not know if this is always so or just because there will be a marathon soon.

Great hotel to unwind from everyday stresses.

Lovely breakfast including Vegan options just help yourself to as much food and drinks as you wish. Very helpful staff called emailed etc before we arrived and we’re all friendly throughout

The staff were very friendly! The bed was comfortable, the reception area was cutesy and clean.the breakfast was well organised and the location is perfect to explore the town. We will be returning, on a more sunny day.

It was a pity that the hotel had construction happening right under our room at 9am! I understand, the significance of selling a room during these hard times (corona) nevertheless it didn't help seeing as it was already rainy. A good night sleep would have improved the stay. Also the guests above us seem like they were moving furniture, lots of noise was experience.

Perfekt in der Nebensaison

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Bett war gemütlich und da wir im Dezember vor Ort waren, war es auch sehr ruhig. Das sehr leckere Frühstück konnten wir uns aufs Zimmer holen, da wir unseren Hund nicht alleine lassen wollten. Der Frühstücksraum sah aber auch gemütlich aus. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schön aber optimierbar

Die Lage ist top. Am Strand ist man quasi sofort. Auch das Städtchen, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem Hof außerhalb des Hotels. Das war mit unserem Hund super. Allerdings gab es lediglich ein kleines Fenster im Bad welches zu öffnen war. Das Zimmer war begehbar durch eine Fensterschiebetür. Diese konnte wegen unseres Hundes aber zum Lüften nicht dauerhaft geöffnet bleiben. Leider war die Fußbodenheizung nicht zu regulieren. So war es uns und unserem Hund leider viel zu warm. Dann hat in der Dusche leider an der Amatur ständig was getropft, was nachts wirklich störend war, bis ich ein Handtuch um die Amatur gewickelt habe. Schön wäre noch eine Steckdose im Bad gewesen.

Top Lage, am Strand und im Zentrum, alles ebenerdig bei Zimmer mit Terrasse zum Innenhof.

Das Bad war eiskalt, trotz mehrfacher Information blieb es kalt. Der Stopfen im Bad Waschbecken steckte fest, wurde behoben. Man zahlt 19,50 Euro pro Tag für einen Hund, kann aber nur auf dem Zimmer mit dem Hund frühstücken. Auch sonst hat man sich nicht auf Hunde eingestellt: wofür dann die 19,50 Euro?
