Good

I knew it would be a small suite for the 5 of us, but the set-up was such you could barely move around. The dining/kitchen area contained a big table that left little room to prepare things in the kitchen. The balcony had 4 chairs but you could barely sit with 2 chairs.

The layout of the suite; the ventilation. There was no airflow unless we propped open the door to the suite and kept the balcony door open.

Comfortable beach stay

Superbly located right on the beach, hotel Haga offers modest but very comfortable accommodation. Stayed in the small one person's room, which had lovely balcony and was super clean. Dogs are welcome at extra charge of 5 Euro. Parking is spacious. Breakfast selection very nice. Overall great choice and great value for money for a weekend at the beach.

Beds were great, all very clean, lovely breakfast, staff very friendly, great location, very close to beach & sea, good parking facility, freedom with own key, room with twin beds was perfectly adequate, shared balcony.

No facecloths, no hair shampoo. Wifi not great, as it was not available at that time. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a pity we could not stay an extra night as the hotel was fully booked (which we knew in advance).

People in an apartment can not get breakfast in the hotel. It is not mentioned in the description. The hotel staff refer you to a place close by to get breakfast (that breakfast is great by the way)

Very poor

I tested positive for corona so I suggested to have a different stay date instead. The staff was not willing to do that nor waive any of the accomodation costs. They charged me full price. I was hoping they could be more understanding and accomodating in this situation.

Great location, big room, everything looked new and was very clean, so close to the beach and to the center, great breakfast - very big choice, tea and coffe avaialble for a whole day. Hope to be back there.

Bedden zijn goed, slaapkamer is goed , keuken is goed ,kamer was matig.

Het toilet en de douche zijn kleiner dan in een caravan, dit is echt drama. De kamer is gehorig.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage. Man ist direkt am Strand und in der Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Unser Zimmer war extrem kalt. Vorallem das Bad, da dies keine Heizung hatte. Dies könnte man aber schnell mit einer Infrarot Heizung für die Wand beheben. Wir haben das reklamiert und haben als Antwort bekommen " das Hotel ist ein altes Haus und es hat sich noch keiner beschwert"! Als wir am Nachmittag zurück kamen, hatte man uns eine Elektroheizung ins Zimmer gestellt.....

Die Lage ist ja ohnehin einfach genial. Aber auch das ganze Haus ist sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht das erste Mal und auch sicher nicht das letzte Mal.
