Great place for a few nights

Room was a bit outdated but comfortable, spacious and most importantly it was clean. We had a nice view on the dunes and the wonderful pool area. Staff was friendly, especially this young lady who was always smiling and very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast, with excellent bread, ham and cheeses, pancakes, juices, coffee and tea. Everything one could wish for. Many restaurants in the area also reachable on foot (if you're not in a hurry).

We didn't have dinner at the hotel because the restaurant didn't offer a great choice of food.

We stay there for the location but the hotel, although comfy, always seems a little disappointing.

The location is wonderful, just behind the dunes at the beach. The room was small but comfortable. The bar staff were great in the evening...friendly & knowledgeable. I was happy that I was able to get GF bread at breakfast...always appreciated.

Breakfast is very one note....some surprises in a continental breakfast is always appreciated! Our room had a strange noise...either heating pipes ticking or water dripping. We couldn't work it out but it was very annoying in the night. The radiator in the bathroom had splashes of something brown on it, we didn't like to investigate!

I finally had some rest

The staff was kind and very helpfull, and not trying to act professional but instead just genuine attention. Also I loved the roomservice never had that before, so definite bonus. Would come again if some rest is needed

I can't complain honestly there where some things I would have liked to have added to the experience but that would have costed me And that is fair ofcourse. Although maybe an actual 2 person bed would be nicer then 2 beds against eachother to act as if it where a 2 size. If you like to have room between eachother instead of being snugled up it's no problem but if not, laying in your partners arms means laying in the middle of the bed, and since there are actually 2 it's an endless shoving the beds/mattresses back together.

the location is great, nestled in the dunes.

Here you feel like the latest in a long production line of guests - everything is to a formula. The service at the restaurants and in the hotel was extremely non- customer oriented. We were charged a “deposit” for beach towels which was not a deposit at all, but a fee. At the restaurant We waited 50 mins for takeaway sandwiches and got a terrible attitude from staff when asking where our order was.

Great location, beach just over the dune, nice balcony on the first floor of the two level suite, easy parking, nice tennis and swimming pool, electric bikes to rent

Part of the staff wasn't helpful at all and didn't make any effort to find a solution for late dinner and early breakfast in the room foor my girl friend who did the ramadan. No good information either about nearby restaurants.
