We went there for the 2 Nd time. We are still really fans about the kindness of the host, the style of the location, the beach sunsets just at 150 m of the BB.

Aangename B&B dichtbij het strand

Mooie stijlvolle kamer met eigen mini-keukentje, aparte badkamer (douche + bad) en balkon. Heerlijk uitgebreid en gevarieerd ontbijt. Voldoende parking. Op wandelafstand van het strand, en dichtbij de dorpen Zoutelande, Westkapelle, Domburg en Veere.

Ontbijt werd op een vast (niet te bespreken) tijdstip in een mand voor de kamerdeur geplaatst met de bedoeling het op de kamer te nuttigen. Daardoor mis je elke interactie met andere gasten of gastvrouw. Elke dag een flesje water op de kamer had wel fijn geweest aangezien er in de buurt geen winkel of superette was.

Ein B&B für eine entspannende Zeit an der See

Wir haben uns in diesem B&B sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch und bequem war, dass unser Frühstück, das jeden Tag etwas variierte und sehr lecker war, in einem Korb vor unsere Tür gestellt wurde. Privater Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Zum Strand war es nur kurz über die Straße und die wohl zahlreichen Stufen über die Düne. Wir haben sehr gut im dortigen Strandhaus gegessen. Es war eine sehr entspannende kurze Auszeit.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: hellere Nachttischlampen wären pratisch

Heel mooi verblijf op een perfecte lokatie👍🏻

Heel netjes, prachtig en rustig gelegen appartement op korte loopafstand van het strand. Goede bedden, fijne douche en prima ontbijt.

Kleine verbeterpuntjes: We hadden de benedenkamer en het koelkastje is wel heel erg klein en er schijnt veel licht via de de glazen badkamerdeur naar het slaapverblijf. Verder echt top verblijf en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een heerlijk verblijf dat geheel beantwoordde aan onze verwachtingen op basis van eerdere reviews.

Uitstekende service én plek om in Zoutelande te vertoeven. Strand op korte afstand, wel het (hoge) duin overteken via trap, wat voor senioren niet altijd simpel is. Onderaan bevindt zich een strandtent voor de inwendige mens. De ontbijtservice is prima, standaard is 8.30 uur, maar vaak al wel wat eerder. Het wordt op de kamer genuttigd, kan evt. ook beneden of buiten op terras. Ilona is een vriendelijke en dienstvaardige host. De kamer ziet er mooi en ruim uit, zo ook de 'natte ruimte'. Heerlijk balkon op het ZW. Ruime eigen dus gratis parkeergelegenheid. Beveiligd oversteekpunt dichtbij huis. Incheckgelegenheid al tussen 11 en 13 uur. Centrum Zoutelande op loopafstand, ruim een km.

Ontbijt zou iets eerder kunnen. Geen schoonmaakgerei in de kamer, terwijl je daar wel eet en afwast. Ligging is direct aan de soms drukke weg naar Westkapelle, dus enige geluidshinder (zondagmiddag!) moet je soms voor lief nemen. Maar we willen dit eigenlijk geen tegenvallers noemen, daarvoor zijn de voordelen van Duinvilla aan Zee te veel en te groot!

Sehr schöner und entspannter Kurzurlaub in Zoutelande.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, mit einem schönen Badezimmer und großer Dusche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Tolle Bettwäsche. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr schön angelegter Garten. Abschließbare Fahrradgarage. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekter Ort für einen Trip nach Zoutelande und Umgebung

Die Duinvilla liegt perfekt an einem Strandzugang...nur die Straße überqueren und schon bist Du an einem der herrlichen Strände von Zoutelande. Besonders gut hat uns auch das Strandrestaurant " De Strandzot" gefallen, welches direkt am Zugang liegt. Die Duinvilla ist durch einen wunderschön bepflanzten Wall von der Hauptstraße getrennt. Wir hatten unsere kleine eigene Terrasse mit Gemeinschaftsgarten. Zu dieser Jahreszeit blühte jedes Pflänzchen und die Meisen waren kurz vor dem Schlüpfen. Tolle, liebevolle Gestaltung der gesamten Anlage und unseres Zimmers. Riesige begehbare Dusche, äußerst bequemes Bett...und ein absolut reichhaltiges, mit Umsicht gepacktes Frühstückskörbchen. Unsere Fahrräder waren in einem großräumigen überdachten Abstellbereich untergebracht. Gern wären wir noch eine weitere Nacht geblieben. Aber die Duinvilla war ausgebucht. Verständlich;-)

Schlicht perfekt

Wir hatten ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Studio, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ergänzt durch einen Balkon nach Westen, freien Parkplatz für das Auto und die Möglichkeit Fahrräder in einem Schuppen unterzubringen. Ilona war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war für uns mehr als ausreichend und variierte an den beiden Tagen etwas. Das Frühstück wird vor die Tür geliefert, was uns als eher gemütlich frühstückende gut gefiel. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses führt eine Treppe über die Dühne und man ist sofort am Strand - mit einer guten Strandbude. Zum Ort Zoutelande sind es etwa 1500 m, mit dem Fahrrad gut zu fahren. Und mitten auf dem Weg liegt auch noch ein großer Supermarkt für die Selbstversorgung.

Die Abreise, wären gerne länger geblieben ;-)

Heel mooie en nette B&B. We werden uitstekend ontvangen. Alles was naar wens, precies zoals we het verwacht hadden. Een ruime en veilige parking. Prima mogelijkheid om onze fietsen te plaatsen en op te laden. Een heerlijk ontbijt.

De b&b en bijbehorende tuin zien er heel mooi uit. Ilona heeft alles prima voor elkaar; goede faciliteiten en een heerlijk ontbijt iedere ochtend. De ligging tegenover de strandopgang was super.

Gern kommen wir wieder!

Obwohl unsere Ankunft etwas verspätet war, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles war rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Deko. Die Lage direkt hinter den Dünen und die Ruhe sind nicht zu toppen. Besonders liebevoll und abwechslungsreich war das Frühstück.

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: 1 oder 2 Haken wären hilfreich. Die Beleuchtung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Das Leselicht am Bett ist etwas zu dunkel.

Tout y est impeccable : la maison, le parking et les aménagements extérieurs, l'accueil par la propriétaire, les infos utiles au séjour, la chambre magnifique ainsi que la salle de bain très bien équipées, le petit balcon donnant sur le jardin, le déjeuner excellent et varié servi en chambre (produits frais de qualité), l'emplacement à 10 minutes à pied du village, juste en face de la maison l'accès à la dune puis à la plage avec son pavillon-restaurant, etc ...

Ruhige Lage, wenige Meter über die hohe Düne am Meer. Vielfältiges, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wirklich topp

Frühstück hätten wir gerne in einem Frühstücksraum, gegenüber sitzend, und nicht nebeneinander in dem kleinen (!) Schlafzimmer mit Blick an die Wand eingenommen. Ob es eine Option gab, haben wir leider nicht erfahren.
