Appreciated the team managing the property telling us when it was ready to check-in ahead of the check-in time. The team was highly responsive. They provided us with body soap and shampoo when I told them that there none in the apartment.
Despite the team responding quickly via messages, the issues regarding the shower tap and TV antenna cable were not resolved. Felt that the floor could be better cleaned

It was very spacious and modern.
I specifically booked this place because I needed a place with a washing machine after 2 weeks of traveling. I messaged them to make sure that they had laundry detergent before I arrived (when it was still refundable), and they said that they did. There was no laundry detergent upon arrival, and when I let them know they did nothing to solve the problem.
