Amazing design, fantastic ammenities and perfect location!

Apartament taki jak na zdjęciach. Duży, piękny i stylowy. Super wyposażony - wszystko co było potrzebne znajdowało się w kuchni a i w łazience było sporo kosmetyków :) Duży plus za saunę i wannę z hydromasażem. Z sauny niestety nie udało mi się skorzystać ponieważ byliśmy tylko na jedną noc. Ale wanna z hydromasażem - super, dzięki głośnikowy i oświetleniu w łazience można puścić muzyczkę i włączyć klimatyczne światła. Przez co można się totalnie odprężyć. Lokalizacja tez na duży plus - piechotką można dojść do centrum. Pod blokiem płatny parking. Kontakt z właścicielka bardzo dobry. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie też bardzo wygodne i bezproblemowe - nawet jak się chwile spóźniliśmy. Polecam dla rodzin jak i dla par na romantyczny wyjazd ☺️

To nie minus ale w ogłoszeniu nie było informacji, ze sauna jest dodatkowo płatna 20€. Warto wiedzieć, żeby mieć przy sobie gotówkę jeśli, ktoś chciałby skorzystać :)

A beautiful property. Lovely big space and ornate decoration. The sauna is great, and the lighting in the bathroom is also fantastic, you can control the colour to create your preferred ambience. The kitchen we did not use but it was well equipped again very stylish. You can tell this was someone’s home, and they put a lot of love into making it feel luxurious, classy and comfortable. This is not a sterile hotel room, it has character and charm.

The jacuzzi bathtub didn’t work, so that’s one facility that was listed, paid for but we didn’t get to use. The bigger issue, however, the additional 30 euro hidden charge to use the sauna. Now, this isn’t an issue in itself. If we were made aware of it, or had the owner taken a different approach to the one she did (detailed below) it might not have been an issue. However… This was “hidden” in that it did not appear on the listing at the point of payment. We paid a price which included sauna in the list of facilities. When we tried to point this out, the owner tried to change the listing retrospectively. She even sent photos of her amending the room options, meanwhile we sent photos of the listing before she changed it, as well as our receipt and booking confirmation which included sauna (with no additional charge). The owner changed the listing, changed the “important information” so as to include a reference to a 30 euro charge. Essentially tried to extort money from us. In fairness, I do believe that she made a mistake at an earlier point in time, and that she had intended (when originally creating the listing) for the sauna to always be an additional cost. But for whatever reason, that was not the case when we booked it and we should have been given the facilities we paid for. We tried to reason with her, and ask that she either give us the sauna which we had paid for, or refund the room entirely. We even said that we did not think she had tried to trick us. What made the experience really bad was her unwillingness to accept fault, her attempt to retrospectively change the room listing, and then try to gaslight us into thinking we were in the wrong. It ruined our last day I. The country because we spent a whole day arguing with. However she refused to accept she had made a mistake, tried to paint us as in the wrong, and refused to either refund the room or allow us to use the facilities we had paid for. The thing is, we are not unreasonable people.
